Dave Glover - President

Mr. Glover has a Masters of Community and Regional Planning from North Dakota State University, Fargo, North Dakota. He also has a Certificate of Hospital Administration from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota and earned his Bachelor of Science Degree, Political Science and Economics from South Dakota State University, Brookings, South Dakota. He is currently the president of DKG Consultants, Inc. a Health Care and Homeland Security Consulting Company and is also on the Kearney Public Schools Board of Education.
Dr. Ron Tuttle - Secretary/Treasurer

Dr. Tuttle teaches the core telecommunications technical courses dealing with network infrastructure, switching and routing. He is a Cisco Certified Instructor and enjoys working with computer systems, networks and electronics.
Dr. Wayne Bell

Dr. Bell received his B.S. Degree in Elementary Education from Dana College and Educational Administration Degrees from the University of Nebraska at Omaha (M.S.), Kearney State College (ED. S.); and the University of Wyoming (Ed. D.). Since 1994, he has served as Administrator of Educational Service Unit 10. He presided as president of the Educational Service Unit Administrators Association (ESUAA) in Nebraska from 2002-2004 and is just completing a four year term as the Central Region Representative to the Executive Council of the international Association of Educational Service Agencies. He currently chairs the Nebraska Web-based Staff Development Affiliated Consortium and is the ESUAA alternate delegate to the Education Council of the Nebraska Information Technology Commission.
Edwin Johnson
Mr. Johnson is a farmer south of Arnold, Nebraska. He is currently president of the ESU 10 board and has served on the board for the past 14 years as Custer County representative. Edwin is married to Dona who teaches 3rd grade in Arnold. They have two boys who are married and away from home. He has a degree from McPherson College and taught high schools in Kansas, Nebraska and Nigeria before coming to Nebraska to farm.
